2011-07-15 | Philmont 2011 Trek

Boy Scout | Philmont, Cimmaron, New Mexico |

Great Smoky Mountain Council is accepting youth and adult applications for Philmont 2011. Dates for the event are 15-30 July 2011, travel and excursions included. Trip includes air fare, Philmont tuition, pre-trek excursions and lodging and council uniform items. Approximate cost per erson is $1,700.

Interested applicants should contact the Great Smoky Mountain Council Service Center at 588-6514 and make an initial deposit of $250. Allocations will be requested from Philmont based on deposits made by GSMC members. Selections for attendance will be made by September 2010. Deposits do not constitute selection for attendance, but serve as a notice of committed interest on the part of the applicant. Those not accepted will receive full refunds.

All reservations must be made on a by name basis. Troops may have no more than six members per crew and not more than 12 participants in the total contingent.
