Welcome to the Toqua District Web Site, serving the Scouts and Scouters in West Knoxville and Loudon County in East Tennessee. The Toqua District is part of the Great Smoky Mountain Council. The purpose of this site is to provide the latest information about upcoming meetings and events, both District and Council, as well as a convenient place to retrieve forms, flyers, and lists involving Scouting in our District.
