Dear Scouts and Scouters,

The Toqua District Activities and Civic Service Committee invite all Boy Scouts, Venturers and Scouters to take part in the 2009 Fall Camporee which will be held at Camp Buck Toms.

The theme for this camporee is high adventure. The activities will include mountain biking, road biking, COPE challenges, canoeing, archery, rifle, and a GPS (orienteering challenge).

The cost of the Camporee is 10.00 per participant. This will cover the cost of the Camporee, a patch, camping and site usage fees, program supplies, insurance, and recognitions. Preregistration is required and a form is included in this package.

The Camporee is limited to Boy Scouts and Venturing Crews only.

The campfire will be held at the main campfire area in camp, bring flashlights. Troops/patrols are invited to do songs or skits at the campfire. Parents and siblings are invited to attend the campfire.

The Scout Oath and Law will guide all activities, events and individual behavior.
